This article outlines the procedure for requesting access to the Crusoe Cloud console (console.crusoecloud.com) if you are unable to connect from your geographic location.
Symptom
For security and compliance reasons, Crusoe restricts access to its cloud console from certain geographic locations and IP ranges. If you are in a restricted region, you may experience the following:

console.crusoecloud.com. - Connection timeout errors when trying to reach the website.
Prerequisites
Before submitting a request, you must identify the public IP addresses or CIDR ranges that require access.

For individual users, you can find your public IP address by visiting https://icanhazip.com/ or running below command from your terminal.
curl ifconfig.me - For corporate users, please contact your internal IT or networking department to obtain the correct public-facing IP addresses or CIDR ranges for your site. Providing an Autonomous System Number (ASN) is also helpful.
